Shipping
All orders are processed the same day or the next business day, depending on the time of order. All orders distributed by Posten or Bring follow the current delivery, warranty, and transport terms of the relevant distributor. All prices in the online store include 25% mva. Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart, and shipping costs are added before payment is completed. Free shipping is offered for orders over 899 NOK.

Delivery time is normally between 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the specified address is shown in the shopping cart when the delivery address is entered.

Returns
If you wish to exchange or return an item, a 14-day return policy is granted upon purchase of a product with the presentation of a sales invoice.

  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging upon return.
  • The product must not show signs of wear, stains, or damage, or smell of external odors such as perfume or smoke.
  • Shoes must be in their original box, which should be undamaged.
  • The return policy does not apply to products purchased on sale.

When a product is returned, it is based on the amount shown on the order confirmation or receipt. A return label is included with the shipment and should be used for returns.

Complaints
We apologize if the product you purchased did not meet your expectations. It is important that the complaint is reported as soon as possible. All inquiries related to complaints should be made via email to Contact@uglastore.no. We will contact you as soon as possible, normally within a week. The complaint must be sent within 14 days after confirmation and receipt of the shipping label. Uglastore covers the shipping costs.
